Yes, but I'm saying that you don't have to run everything else at 100%!!!!

When you're running these other programs, just turn THOSE ONES up to 100% and then everything else will still be at a normal level, and WLM won't be loud.

I don't know how many ways I can say it, this is what i've said in every post in this thread and still you don't understand :P

except you can't set a program's individual volume slider higher than the system volume...

also, OP, stop being a wuss. :(
