Yes, you can, and Messenger Plus! Live was created with that idea in mind. All you need to do is to create a css file called "custom.css" in the Messenger Plus! installation directory, in Program Files. This file will then be automatically copied every month in newly created log directories to make sure all your new logs use your custom CSS file.
