You don't need any script or addon for that as this can be set via the options in Messenger itself;
Disable these two options:
Tools > Options > Privacy > ...
"Only people on my allow list can see my status and send me messages"
and
"Alert me when other people add me to their contact list"
PS: you wont get a lot of "privacy" with those two options disabled though. You will probably also have a lot of spam and your Contact list (and Allow list) will be filled up in no-time...
