Well, if you say so I'd normally only get rid of a HDD if I heard unusual noises coming from it or they stop booting (I still have two of them, a WD 60GB and some old IBM one that's about 10GB).
Anyway, you might want to also use CCleaner before defragmenting, which helps clear useless files off your PC and speeds things up a bit.
yeah and the HD is good, same with registry and the cleanup was already made
