REG/ Zapchast Trojan (Yes another ****ing virus)

I swear im gonna disconnect the computer from the internet next time i go back to uni...

basically:

Ive cleared out a lot of things and thought i was done, but no! EVERY time i turn the computer on, NOD32 gives me a warning message saying a virus has been found and quarantined (however it comes back! ...all the time)

NOD32 Reads:
File: C:\ a.bat
Threat: REG/Zapchast Trojan
Comment: Event occured on a new file created by this application: C:\WINDOWS\system32\xblgen.exe. The file was moved to quarantine. You may close this window.

Can someone please help me? I'm lost as to what I should do.
