You're right. And it was indeed ripped from Ryddick, not Dada24. Since Ryddick didn't give any permission that makes it a lot clearer to not accept any of these rips.
I've dug in the DownDB and deleted 3 more of these rips, see
Menthix's reply to Windows 7 Skin. A lot of them may have used
tuttomsn.it's tutorial but the "tutorial" is almost a complete rip of Ryddick's Windows 7 skin.
Ryddick posted his Windows 7 skin in february, the tuttomsn.it article and the rips didn't appear until april.
