Go to https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wl...&ct=eformcs&scrx=1 and follow the instructions there.

Fill in as much information as you can in order to prove you're the owner of the account. Usually within 1 or 2 days you'll receive a reply. If everything is OK they will reset the password for you.
Finish the problem
