I first download notepad xml editor 2007 but faced a bit difficulty then decided to try another program which was suggested in the document.. which is altova sml editor.. u can find it here: http://www.altova.com/xml-editor/
but each program had it's unique feature.. to me, altova was a nice program for me as a beginner.. (and i am still a beginner lol)
