Well with the task bar, something is wrong with that and I already know that. My Task manager wont pop up so I can never end a program that isn't responding. But I can still right click windows on the task bar and with MSN Messenger sometime it pops up and sometimes it doesn't and when it does MOVE and the one below it are unselectable.
Then I tried the one you said with the registry and I still can't see it properly. Its still off to the left, out of reach
I recently went through all of my add ons because my internet explorer keeps saying I have the add ons turned off and I don't. But I don't know what screen tools are.
Thanks for helping me, and if you cant figure it out... its all good. My computer is a mess! I just need a new one!
