O.P. Help Really Needed!!!
Seriously irksome problem has arisen. Whilst trying to make a video call on MSN, the volume toggle next to both images shows a muted symbol for both mic [me calling] and speaker [person trying to speak to] and when you click on the button it shows a tick next to muted option but the option is greyyed out and cannot be cancelled. WHAT IS WRONG!!!
Friend's laptop I'm using was used to make a video call last week without problem. I can't find any option anywhere to remove the mute and even after a Windows restore to previous week and finally a complete restore from recovery disks the problem is still there.
No programmes have been added, no settings changed. So, WHAT IS WRONG WITH MSN???????????? Problem is clearly within programme.
