O.P. Timestamp by the second

Is it possible to show seconds in the timestamp for messages in the conversation window??

For example, turning this:

(8:09 PM) Bob:
meet you at starbucks?
(8:09 PM) Jim:
okay

into this:

(8:09:12 PM) Bob:
meet you at starbucks?
(8:09:25 PM) Jim:
okay
