The new version (4.83
, and not 3.x or 5.x like some have reported 
) will fix this error* but obviously this new version is a bit delayed, so please be patient and regulary check the official site

Also remember that release times of software are _always_ depending on various things and can _always_ be delayed.
* It is not realy an error on Plus!' part though. The peoples at MS have apparently changed the communication protocol a bit recently. This means that Plus! didn't/doesn't reconize the logins anymore, and thus those events aren't logged anymore. The new version of Messenger Plus! will be compatible with it again so that those events are again logged properly.
