O.P. window from left to right !

How do I make the window from left to right by a file XML .. I tried to do so by code:

<Window Id="WndPreferences" Version="1">
<Attributes>
<Align>right</Align>
</Attributes>
</Window>

And fails.

Is there a way to do that?
