RE: event notification not work
In Plus! > Preferences > Customize! > Events Notifications > Add
Make sure you select the contacts > Choose 'User has signed in' > Tick 'Display a popup notification..' > And 'Never expire'.
Then make sure you're status is Online/Available.
If you've set all that up correctly, I can't think of anything else that could be stopping them.
