A reverse list (RL) contains all the
people that have you in their lists, as opposed to the forward lists (Allow AL, Block BL and Friends FL) that contain various parts of your own contact list, that is,
people that you have in your list.
The Messenger team is currently focusing on internal development of Windows Live Essentials 2010 (v15), so it might be that there are not too many resources on fixing bugs at the moment. There has been a
silent update to the Windows Live Contacts (wlcomm). Perhaps if you install it your problems are gone.
