Duck: could you put up a warning next time to dialup users.. your image is 1MB.. think of the people with slower connections and bandwidth restrictions.
If you want to make a png screenshot, I suggest making a small thumb first (couple of 100kbs) and then linking to the full image with a warning
Posting jpgs ain't such a bad thing. My 3200x1080 desktop usually takes 750KB
