plz help!!!! error code

hey

this message has been coming when ever i try sign in on this computer but i cant sign in. plz help me.

i have tried to uninstall msn messenger and reinstall it but this still keeps coming.

msn messenger works on on my other computer but mot this one.

plz help me to get my msn back
