Though if you are asking about using multiple instances of Messenger, go to Messenger Plus!Live "Preferences & Options" then the "Customize!" tab and ensure that "Allow me to connect to several accounts simultaneously" is selected, then just click on your Windows Live Messenger shortcut again and it should open another Messenger window for you to sign into
