Whilst it is technically possible to retrieve stored Messenger passwords, you should think about why you’re actually asking.

Is it because you forgot your own Messenger log-in data?
Reset your password on the Windows Live ID Account website.
Is it because you want to obtain other user’s data to access their Windows Live Account? Bad boy then.
