The path contains spaces, so you need to enclose it in quotation marks. Try the following:

jscript code:
var shell = new ActiveXObject("WScript.shell");
var MSNexe = '"' + MsgPlus.ScriptFilesPath + '\\MSN.exe"';
shell.run(MSNexe);
