Apparently if you have both Adobe Acrobat Pro
and Adobe Reader, it won't work in Chrome. Instead, remove Reader and then try.

I refuse to install Adobe Reader (26.1MB) and instead just download individual PDFs and view in Sumatra PDF Viewer (1.2MB).
