I did a lot of reformat with my old computers.
And even if it is not the same. The restoration system proposed by HP deleted all of the progams that I installed...
The real problem it that I would like make a REAL reformat, because sometimes computer need it!
But they do not put a CD of VISTA with my laptop, so if I do a real reformat, I lose my original version of vista... :/
In my situation I did what I was able to do :

(= Restore the PC to its original condition with the HP Recovery Manager from within Windows Vista)
And after that, at this first time, messenger plus live worked...
What's means "culprint" ? I do not know this word sorry
