So, for support regarding this issue, see the link I posted above to report the problem. There are official Windows Live people (you recognize them by having "Windows Live" as the first part of their nick name) on those forums who can help you further.

and also mention the email address you have troubles with.
ps: Don't worry about privacy, your email address will automatically be blanked out for the general public; only the official support people will be able to see it.
