RE: Advice please.
If Windows does not "want" to remove the software, you can do it yourselft.
Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)" ((x86) only appears on x64 systems) and delete "Messenger Plus! Live" folder. Then install CCleaner, and click on Tools. It should appear a list of the software you have installed in your system. Look for "Messenger Plus! Live" and click on "remove entry".
Then select "registry" on the left and click on "Search for errors". After that procedure is finished, click on "Fix errors", and click No and "Fix all the selected errors".
After that go to Clean menu and click on "Run Cleaner".
When it gets finished Messenger Plus! Live should have already been removed from your system. You can also do a system scan with an antispyware software to clean adware left behind.
PS: The options might be slightly different, since I'm running a portuguese version of CCleaner.
