O.P. Scritp to block and HIDE a contact in the list

Hello,
I think in a functionality interesting. We can do a script to block and HIDE the contact in the list, and show the contact when a group of the keys is pressed. It is possible?
I think that with a script, we resolve this problem. How to do?
