You need to make a
GIF animation which consists of 2 frames, both of them being the same, resulting in a still image. You then save it as a GIF file and import into WLM so it's tricked into thinking it's a GIF animation and will allow it to be up to 50x50px. You can do this in Photoshop or software specifically for GIF animations.
