O.P. RE: MSN Virus! Help Needed :(

I tried Using MalwareBytes. It did find some trojans i deleted them. But i guess it was not the MSN realted trojans. The virus is still there

I tried using Avira Antivir Personal - Free version; No Luck

anymore suggestions? :'(
