O.P. conv window close and open

Attached is some source code which can notify if a user
opened or closed a conversation window.

The only code which is mine is in frmMain

The rest is not mine and is from here
(ta IRBMe)

Cant get the code to run, my msn is thomasgreenwood@2die4.com

A bright user would have worked out you can use this to be notified when a user recieves a message. I was going to make a dll for this function, but nah, im too lazy.
