Is there any method of editing chat logs?? I have been using chat logging on two separate computers and now want to combine the chat logs of the same contacts together on one of the computers.

Is there any method of doing this???

This doesn't seem to work, i am unable to save the entry. Is this due to using encrypted log files? 

u can probably do it with the plus chat logs but not the msn ones

I am trying to edit the Plus! chatlogs not MSN chatlogs

Plus doesnt re-encypt chatlogs when you close them i notepad, so any changes wont be saved.

Yeah thats the problem im having!

do you have to encrypt your chat logs?  cos if u dont u could easily merge them.

Yeah I do as Im using a shared computer.

do you use the same windows login?  cos if not then you can make ure files private so other users cant access them anyway (if your on xp)
