i have been able to reproduce this error by doing this:

1. open the perferences panel
2. go to the plug-ins panel
3. disable or enable a plug-in
4. click apply
5. go to any other panel
6. click apply

you should then see the plugins panel no matter what panel you click on

also certian pereferences will pop up ontop of the plugins window, but disapper

Windows Version: Windows XP, 5.01.2600
Messenger Client Version: 7.0.0632
Messenger Plus! Version: 3.50.0124

confirmed. a bug..

using:
Windows 98, 4.10.2222
MSN Messenger 7.0.0425
Messenger Plus! 3.50.0124

And yet another confirmation.

OS:
WinXP HE SP1

i thought msg PLus! was tested for a whole month, it only took me 6 hours of uses to find 2 bugs?

ye that's true.. but.. it still worth the download.. i mean everything has its bugs ..

I already reported this bug during beta testing, however I couldn't reproduce it, so it was very hard to fix it... Now that you found a way to reproduce it, this will certainly be fixed. I'll mail Patchou personaly about it...

This absolutely does not mean that the beta testers have done a bad job. You have no idea of the amount of bugs that have been found. If it took 3 hours to find each bug, we would never had Plus! 3.50 before 2010 so to speak...

Nevertheless, it is great that you do find and report them . And no, it is not so great that there are still bugs. But quite frankly, this is normal; a bugfree application almost doesn't exist.

thanks for the report, I'll fix that. Plus! was tested a lot but no software is perfect.. just imagine what you would have got if you had used version 3.50.118.... .

like I said, it wasn't missed. There just wasn't a known way to reproduce it...

And it is not so surprising considering you have to do several specific actions out of the thousands of possebilities that you can do to reproduce it.

right it wasn't missed i just ment the i was surprised more people didn't find it, anyways, its getting looks ate so theres nothing to argue about, its all good
