Well you can download it from http://messenger.msn.com and they removed the beta section from that page so it is the final release, build numbers dont refect stablity.

Why should it be a .1 release if its final? Finals are generally .0's, like 7.0.

A number in a version doesnt mean much, honestly...

.X releases are just Polished up ones  akka Bug Fix's from the .0 releases

Whats the big deal with what version number it is? At the end of the day, you're still using the same thing...
