As you all know, we're starting to loose a lot of good helpers.. i mainly say CookieRevised.. because I don't know others that much.

I have been reading threads and posts.. God it has been long.. debates and opinions.. not that I don't enjoy it, but it's simply because so much reading actully gave me a headache..

Most of the threads/posts I read were talking about how to make the forums better, why it is not as good as before. Now I think several points have been made when it comes to take off rep count, post count, and so on.. And althought I did agree to some of these things in other threads, this one has nothing to do with this. I belive if this system used to work well before, then it still can, using the same system.

Now what this thread is about : I thought about making a thread in general chit chat, (maybe it should go in T&T, please move it if it has to be moved but i wanted it to stay and not to get deleted ) to show every member that I'm am taking the necessairy steps to make this forum a better place, as it was. I hope to influence others, I hope every member that reads this thread says ".. oh.. ye.. imma do the same.."

EDIT: The question is not weither we are good members or not.. the questions is CAN WE BECOME EVEN BETTER? I belive we can.. that's why I'm doing this..!

EDIT2: Well im pretty happy to see lots of members signed this.. some even added new lines.. i would add them to mine but for the moment I dont have that much time..

nice idea, i have been trying to do that already really but you know there's always room for improvement

Note: There is no reason to abuse/insult anyone on these forums, everyone is different thats what makes the world such an amazing place. If you think a member is doing something that is not exactly helping the forum then don't abuse them!

Help them become a better helper - constructive criticism. Your not going to like every member on this forum because everyone is different. However the fact is, we are all here for one reason: to help others.

If you judge a person on their first post, their first impression then do you really think thats fair? Thats the only problem i have with the rep system. You shouldn't beable to give a reputation to a new member until at least 2 weeks after they join/make their first post.

Also, its great to see that this pledge was made - even though its only a very small thing. Whats even better to see is that even admins/mods are signing it. Great to see it Wj!
