right
i have windows xp and im computer administrator and theres another account which is also compiuter administrator on the other account i can remove MY password from the other account how can i stop this apart from making her a limited user. is there away.

nope there is'nt a way unless you tweak your registry which i recommend not to :P

could u tell me how to tweak the registry so that someone on a different account couldnt remove my pass.

Ok i persoanly don't know this part. Search about it just remember the registy is important and you should always back it up before tampering with it :)

I don't think this is possible unless you do explore the registry (which i highly recommend AGAINST doing unless you know what to do) The Computer Administrator has the same access as you do.

you can't

since both users are Administrators both have the power to change it

the only way to prevent this is by setting her as limited user

ive just thought at my school they have accounts were limited accounts and the staff are sortof admin but the cant change or add acounts how do they do this

Probably set up user groups - ask them, i'm sure they wouldn't mind telling you.
