thoughts on this? will this mean Windows Live Messenger goes downhill or improve?

I don't think it's a great thing that she's leaving, but I think only time will tell if it will have a negative or positive effect on Windows Live Messenger.

i dont think it is a great thing that she left now, just before Vista Launch anyway ,  but i think your right, only time will tell if it has a negative or positive effect , be interesting who will replace Leah though , guess we'll find that out soon

Exactly the same as my thoughts.

It is a shame she is leaving but it depends on who takes her lace, WLM could get even better with the right employee. We will soon see...

She has such a cute lisp! I'll miss her.
