oh God I was afraid that one day when I'll check my mail I find that its changed..and now I'm upset  My hotmail account has been updated automatically to the Windows live hotmail I'm used to the old one its much better than the new one the way it looks its today page, its mail page ..etc..in everything..I missed the cute simple banners,left menu etc lol is there anyway to go back to the old hotmail??i keep sending them feedback about me hate this new stuff lol ..why dont they let us choose what we want grrr

Its right on the left side menu of the New Style version as an option.

thanks for replying..mine now is  the classic version of Windows Live Hotmail =S  but I cant find what you are talking about in the left side menu!

Sorry, I didnt look into that link before giving it to you.  The old version of Hotmail is no longer available.  "Windows Live Hotmail Classic" is the closest you're going to get and its not much different than the regular "Windows Live Hotmail".  Unfortunatly, there is no way to get around this....

Might I suggest switching to Gmail by Google??  It is a wonderful email service with almost no advertisements (there are text links on the right side of email messages! thats it!) and excellent spam control, plus all your emails are grouped into conversations.  I'd check it out as an alternative .

If you want to use Messenger with your GMail account, you've got to register a "Windows Live ID" with your email.
You can register at http://www.passport.net/, by clicking "Use existing email".
