The program is called Microsoft Physics Illustrator. It was made for Tablet PCs in conjunction with MIT, and is open source. Here is a version recompiled to run on more than just tablet PCs

Anyway, nice program. Except for fucking about with it for hours, I'd have nothing to do with it though. Reminded me of some DJ thing using MIDI and 3 magnets... long story, no idea where the video is now, saw it in college. If I find it, I'll post it though.
