Anti-OIM-Attention-Thingy
This script simply prevents Messenger from showing conversation windows on top when you receive an offline message.

Usage: Just download and install it. No options or anything. Enjoy!

Maybe you could modify deAd's Disable Group Block script to make it work. Not sure.

Isn't this defeating the option?

Tools -> Options -> Messages -> "Show link to my offline messages..."

If you don't want a window to appear when you're set to appear offline, simply enable that option .

The window will still appear with this script. But the window doesn't gain focus as it does when you normally get an OIM.

As in, being minimized instead of maximized?

Let's say you're using Photoshop when you receive an OIM. Then Photoshop will minimize, and the conversation will gain focus automatically. So if you were busy, you got interrupted.

This script prevents that from happening.
