All in skin data base is free... but maybe some one can create a skin and if so good... he can ask to pay for it... I don't see a problem with it... will be up to you if you pay for it or not... the only problem I see of that is how to control the free distribution of a paid skin...

I haven't say they will be offered in the official skin DB... but in a personal website...

I agree with Nathan, I think it violated Microsoft's ToS, that you AGREED to when you installed WLM. *All posts are a purely speculative hypothesis based on abstract reasoning.
