I set a new theme for windows today (after using one theme for like a year) but then i found some problems with the theme that i cant remember having before (i have used the theme previously). The text of the start button does not appear and neither does the account name in the start menu. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Does the User Account text show up on other themes?

I thought there was an official release of that theme by M$ anyway? A quick google search gets it easy.

Yes, Microsoft did release it on their site, dunno where it's gone though ...

The one I got off dA had a really ugly classic-like common tasks pane...so I got the actual MCE theme off my mum's laptop.

I just changed my theme to the official media centre theme but im having the same problems....

nope i have the font installed

Do you even know what font it is, or even if it is actually working?
