Of course, if the only thing you use Plus! for was tabbed chatting, then nope, you won't need it anymore. But if you use scripting, skinning, extensive logging, customized toasts and what not, not to mention all the small under-the-hood tweaks then there is still a very big place for Plus!. And from reading some comments, even more than ever (depending on what Plus!5 will bring).

i mainly only used 2 featurs of Plus. Tabbed chats an Logging was better than the one built into WLM.

File is signed by Microsoft, installing it now (probably won't be able to login to Messenger as it was already known they are using a restricted server for that).

AFAIK people haven't found a way to get around this yet. But in the past this didn't took long either. MS bring on the public beta already .


Also, keep in mind this is a fairly old milestone 2 build (15.2.2585.0122). A month ago cnBeta already posted screenshots of milestone 3 (15.3.4xxx.xxx). And probably even more changed since then.

It's up to the mods, but all the screenshots were allowed too, which is basically under the same restrictions as far is Microsoft in concerned.

It doesn't get past the sign in screen where Plus! usually doesn't show anything. So not sure.

Nope.


Didn't expect it to though, Plus! usually needs a bit of modification before it even attempts hooking to new major builds. But what does slightly worry me is not being able to make the Messenger window smaller than in the screenshot . EDIT: Meh, Menthix's reply to WLM 2010 revealed is newer and has a smaller width contactslist.

Try reshacking msnmsgr.exe's version to an older one.
