The commands /yeahright and /biensur aren't sounds. They are lines of text that will be displayed after your contact types something.
The system sound is probably to indicate the command has been understood.

Btw, I assumed you meant you didn't 'hear' /yeahright and /biensur, because it wasn't actually very clear what else you could mean
