its fixed now... i think it was the netowrk thing.. my other computer was DEAD... basically, it couldnt even show me the desktop... >.<

cpuidle montiors the cpu usage, its not that

the tablet client driver is form my graphics tablet!!! it has hotspots.... that thing loadsa the program that tells the computer what hotspot loads what program...

thanks for the help, its sorted now

My computer used to have this problem where I can't run any .exe programs at the first 10 minutes or so from windows logon. I just turn off my DSL modem before i log on to prevent it from happening.
