Well, Mess.be announced that it was public because a guy at Microsoft pushed the bad red button which removes the signin protection that checks if that e-mail address is on the beta list. (Mess is insane ) A few days later, lots of sites were found which invites any user to the beta, and this is another one.
The new thing about this is that it's now also on the MSN Messenger homepage.

Well, in fact, that link chooses its language by checking the settings of the .NET Passport you're logged in with, so its a multilangual link. But like posted before, it was already posted on Mess.be a few weeks ago...  |

Im having a problem opening the link. I open it it sasy Congrats you are in just download and sign in . but everytime i click download nothing happens.  |

open it with IE not firefox..or use the IE tab extension to open it in Firefox

With that said it's not entirely public, at least to me knowledge. You still have to go to the beta acceptance page to get access to it do you not? |

if it was reported on mess.be ab is now reported here with that link to download it it has to be official |
