Umm, no. BUT - the 10 min card is just that, one 10 minute call anywhere, no questions.
The $2 one is 4 to 6 cents per minute on average, depending on the destination. There's also a connection fee if the source is a payphone or if the toll free connector number is used. (there's a local number that I'll be using)
