OK can you try running the search again...but this time allow it to search hidden files and folders as well. So do the same thing but before you hit search, under "More Advanced" Options, put a tick next to "Search Hidden files and folders".

i have the same prob but my case is kinda dif cause this is the first time i have plus and its icones on msn dont show after i restart or shut down my pc but there is one thing dont go after i restart my pc wich is i still can do the plus away stauts.
and i had smiley central before and i still have sweet im now so should i remove it?

Yes. Both Smiley central and sweetim are known to cause compatibility problems with Messenger Plus! Live
