I was thinking about this, but decided I'd rather get the skin out there first, then work on a custom option panel and some more as an update, possibly to coincide with the contest.

But I don't think options really make a skin, it's a nice addition, but too many options just causes too many problems for people and skinners, what were you hoping for anyway? I could see what to do

Something like options of design customization. I don't know exactly. But as I said it is already a nice skin. Options would simply make it more versatile.

I was hoping for some sort of examples if you were going to suggest anything. Bearing in mind I'm trying to keep it in style with Vista, and not muck about too much with 'have pink buddy icons' for example

Things I'd like to/might add:
Contact List:
Remove Plus! Buttons
Add Plus! Skin Options Button
Add Options Button
Add Sign Out Button

Chat Window
Add Sign Out Button
Add Received Files Folder Button
Add Options Button
Removal Options For All Buttons (that'll be a big set )

Possibly an option for DP's with status icons on, as I think they look good overlain on top (see my forum avatar) I'd most likely use standard buddies and the vista/windows live phone icon.

Well done aNILEator. Basic yet awesome skin.. and even though there are already 300 different Vista skins, yours is still welcome. It will fit in perfect with the basic Vista theme

Aero is proving a problem I can get willz way fine, but can't do it how I was after (like a mask effect)

Out of interest, who else keeps the contact list advert showing, just to keep the little swishy thing there I think it's almost the signature of the skin tbh
