net stop spooler

followed by

net start spooler

That didn't work. Spooler seemed to be crashed.

The voltage in the 1st graphic tends to -infinite at t=5s
Although the line doesn't seem to be infinite, it's supposed to be.

If spooler's crashed, end spoolsv.exe in Task manager.
