Yeh if you logout and go to gmail.google.com then you'll see a count up , it should continue up to around about 2 gigs at midnight in the States

Isn't the idea that it doesn't stop at 2gb? Hence infinity + 1?

Gmail are probabally making their service bigger because Yahoo decided to go up to 1gb, they want to be one step above the rest, but I doubt hotmail are going to make their storage better, tbh 250mb is practical for most people. Hotmail haven't shown signs of going past 250mb, and they only did that to come close to Gmail's standards...

I thought that was more of a long term plan...

I'm using an amazing 17mb of my 1464mb

I think it's just for all users but every user will get 2gb not more..I think

theres no point of 2gb if you cant attach more than 10 mb...

Afaik ..... its still at 1 mb cause there aint no change on the new features page
