I like it, although I agree with Phillip. I think it would look better if it had Windows Live Messenger instead of  Oil Slick.

As a winner at the Imagine Cup 2008 (where the theme was technology to enable a sustainable environment) I must slap you for setting such a bad example. Make anti-pollution based skins kthx :P
Other than that, it looks nice :) Simple and clean, just the way I like it :)
