Search the forums. Microsoft removed the feature. They only support Video Call now.

There is a way to get it back though.

You have to downgrade Messenger. This means you use an old version instead of the latest one that has low bugs and is safer.

If you do downgrade you may experience problems or may be at risk. It's not recommended but personally I've had no problems.

Yes.

Please be aware this can cause problems and you do so at your own risk.

Start > (In XP, click Run) > Type in the following & press enter:
msiexec /x {B57EAFF2-D6EE-4C6C-9175-ED9F17BFC1BC}

Follow instructions to uninstall WLM.

Then download and install this version:

Even if you do download and install that version, which is not recommended, you may still have to use Video Call, as your contacts will more than likely be running either the latest stable version, or the new beta version, neither of which have the "Send Webcam" option, so it doesn't matter if yours does, you won't be able to use it

Please see the following thread for further details:

I downgradeed  to WLM 9  and it works perfectly  I can send only the webcam to all my contacts it doesn't matter that they use a newer version they can ask only for  my cam instead of suing the videocall option that consumes a lot of computer reourses and bandwith  I really hope that for the 2011 msn plus version  they can reinstall this option

Also note that such a feature can not be brought back by Messenger Plus! Live or any other addon for that matter.

Incorrect - Sending your webcam to multiple contacts most likely uses more "resources and bandwidth" than sending a video call to one contact.

By keeping with WLM 2009, you're missing out on the video quality improvements made in the 2011 version.

If you want to share webcam with multiple people, why not use tinychat.com?
